Kathryn DuPont is an executive coach, leadership development specialist, and organizational consultant with deep experience working across industries and sectors. She is passionate about people and teams: how they operate, succeed, and grow within their business culture.
She holds a Master’s degree, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, a rare combination that positions her equally well at the boardroom and coaching table. Kathryn holds Canadian Federal Government Clearance: Secret.
Her assessment certifications, EQ-i 2.0, EQ360, and the SDI 2.0 (Strengths Deployment Inventory), further equip her to surface the emotional and relational dynamics that drive leadership, team interactions, and workplace performance.

Lori brings over 30 years of leadership experience drawn from an exceptional range of contexts including policing, military service, and high-performance sport. A former detective with the Toronto Police Service, she developed deep expertise in cultural sensitivity, complex decision-making, and leading effectively under pressure. Her work with newcomers to Canada across two decades in this role reflects a genuine commitment to inclusion and cross-cultural understanding.
She is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Systemic Team Coach practitioner, with specializations in STEM professions, career advancement, and leadership development, particularly for women navigating male-dominated fields. Her high-performance athletic background directly informs how she partners with clients on long and short-term goal setting, skill gap identification, and personalized development planning.
Lori is currently completing her Master of Arts in Executive and Organizational Coaching at Royal Roads University and will be pursuing her PCC designation.
Before focusing on coaching, Jules built a 30‑year career in senior operational leadership, holding executive and director-level roles within governmental and manufacturing environments. His work consistently involved leading large, unionized teams, managing significant budgets, and operating within complex stakeholder and political contexts. Alongside his coaching practice, Jules continues to serve as a senior advisor on large-scale public‑private infrastructure initiatives. He works with leaders navigating complexity, growth, and transition—helping them create space, sharpen focus, and lead with greater intention and effectiveness.
Jules is bilingual Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and formal training in technology management and entrepreneurship. He is certified to administer the EQ‑i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments and integrates evidence‑based coaching practices into his work.

Carolyn Aitken is a certified executive coach with over 40 years of experience spanning engineering, military service, and human resources leadership within the Canadian Armed Forces and the Department of National Defence. She brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and people-focused insight to her work with leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth.
Carolyn’s coaching is client-centred, reflective, and grounded in building self-awareness and emotional intelligence. She partners with leaders to strengthen their effectiveness, enhance communication, and align their leadership approach with their values and goals. Her thoughtful and empathetic style creates a safe space for meaningful insight and sustainable change.
She holds ACC and CEC coaching credentials and is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys curling in the winter and camping and kayaking in the summer.
