Rob Allen is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Aligned Outcomes™, a Canadian-based company that brings the innovation of Enterprise Digital Twin technology to solve complex enterprise optimization – fast and with precision. Founded in 2014, Aligned Outcomes combines skilled coaches, a human-centric methodology, and sophisticated automation to help organizations “see” their current operating reality clearly. This evidence-based understanding enables leaders to make informed optimization decisions and execute transformation with conviction – delivering insight, control, and measurable savings for organizations driving growth through digital automation and complex change.
Rob draws on 30 years of progressive tech industry and executive experience with the IBM Corporation. Rob held executive roles on the IBM Global Services Team in New York, Executive Services Sales leadership position across IBM’s North Europe Region based in Zurich, Switzerland and national IT Services Executive leadership positions in Canada.
Rob is a Doctoral Candidate in the Haskayne School’s Doctor of Business Administration degree program within the Entrepreneurial Studies Department. He is an active executive mentor to students and a regular guest lecturer at the Haskayne School of Business. He holds executive certifications from both Western University and the Harvard School of Business.

Marc Bowles is a regenerative coach, facilitator, and program designer whose work lives at the intersection of neuroscience, nature‑based leadership, and embodied practice. Based in British Columbia, Marc brings more than three decades of experience supporting leaders, teams, and organizations across government, education, construction, entrepreneurship, military, and high‑performance sport. His career has taken him around the world—from New Zealand and Australia to Kuala Lumpur, the UAE, and Beijing—helping people and systems unlock clarity, resilience, and meaningful performance.
An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), CEO of MB Global, and an accredited mentor, assessor, and coach supervisor, Marc is known for his grounded presence, creative thinking, and ability to translate complex human‑behavior science into practical, human‑centered leadership development. His approach blends neuroplasticity, environmental psychology, and nature‑inspired design, creating experiences that are both research‑informed and deeply human.
Marc is the founder of NatureWired™, a leadership approach that reconnects people with the intelligence of the natural world, and Leadership Outdoors, an experiential program that strengthens collaboration and collective intelligence through movement, reflection, and embodied learning. He is also a certified facilitator in multiple global leadership and assessment methodologies, including Systemic Team Coaching, TAP360, EBW®, Legacy Leadership®, and Coaching with Physical Intelligence.
With an insatiable curiosity and a commitment to ethical, regenerative practice, Marc brings a unique ability to see patterns, connect ideas, and inspire possibility. Dr. Kathy Cowan Sahadath is a leadership educator, researcher, and organizational transformation practitioner with extensive experience helping leaders navigate complexity, change, and growth. Drawing on a career spanning public sector organizations, healthcare, higher education, and consulting, she works with leaders to strengthen strategic thinking, foster inclusive cultures, and translate vision into meaningful action.
Kathy has held senior leadership roles in human resources, labour relations, organizational development, project leadership, and business transformation with organizations including Hydro One, Humber College, North Bay Regional Health Centre and IBM Canada. She has also taught extensively in graduate and executive education programs, specializing in leadership, digital transformation, organizational change, and project delivery.
Her research and practice focus on the human dimensions of leadership, transformation and entrepreneurship, exploring how trust, dialogue, reflection, and purposeful action influence organizational outcomes. Kathy’s work integrates evidence-based approaches with practical experience to support leadership effectiveness, team performance, and sustainable change.
She holds degrees in Psychology, an MBA in Project Management, an MA in Human and Organizational Development, and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems. Her doctoral research examined how leaders use conversation to shape organizational change and transformation.
A published author, researcher, mentor, and advisor, Kathy brings a systems perspective to leadership development and organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations build the capacity to lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose in an increasingly complex world.

Bonnie DuPont has spent a career at the intersection of people, culture, and organizational performance, long before those ideas became boardroom priorities. A Calgary-based senior business leader with deep roots in energy, agriculture, transportation, finance, and academia, she brings to Myndful Planet decades of lived experience building the case from the inside: that how organizations treat their people determines everything else.
She is perhaps best known for her role as Group Vice President, Corporate Resources at Enbridge Inc., where she oversaw Human Resources, Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Public Affairs, and Information Technology during the company’s greatest period of growth. Under her leadership, Enbridge became nationally recognized for best practices in each of these domains.
A tireless champion of human capital strategy, Bonnie has served on the boards of major Canadian institutions including the Bank of Canada, Bird Construction, NavCanada, Viterra Inc., AltaGas Energy, and the University of Calgary, where she served as Chair of the Board of Governors. On virtually every board she has joined, she has chaired the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and she spent a decade as National Academic Director for the Institute of Corporate Directors, developing curriculum and teaching governance leaders across Canada.
Bonnie holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Administration from the University of Calgary and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. She has received honorary doctorates from the Universities of Regina and Calgary, and from SAIT. In 2019, she was invested into the Alberta Order of Excellence — the Province’s highest civilian honour. She has been named to Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women three consecutive years and inducted into its Hall of Fame.
